Whether you are an experienced gym goer or have never stepped foot into a gym before. My aim as your online trainer is to empower you with the tools and resources to feel confident both in and out of the gym. This includes personalized workout routines and different methods to foster a healthier and sustainable lifestyle.

Initial Assessment

During this virtual assessment (via Zoom) we will discuss your health & wellness goals. As well as run through various physical assessments to better determine areas of focus/areas that you have any type of pain or discomfort.

Fully Remote Training

  • Customized remote program tailored to your specific goals/needs.

  • 24/7 message access in app to Mhardy.

  • Exercise video demos.

  • Nutrition coaching.

  • Mental mindset coaching.

  • Weekly check-in meetings via Zoom.

Hybrid (Remote + In-Person) Training

  • (1) 60 minute in-person session.

  • Customized remote program tailored to your specific goals/needs.

  • 24/7 message access in app to Mhardy.

  • Exercise video demos.

  • Nutrition coaching.

  • Mental mindset coaching.

  • Weekly check-in meetings via Zoom.
